Tomorrow evening, from 11pm, the Moon will be passing in front of the Sun for a rare “Ring of Fire” solar eclipse. Viewing the eclipse is limited to the Pacific Ocean, from Japan to the Western and Central USA but there are quite a number of online broadcasts, so we should get some great viewing of this solar eclipse.
If you just want to “jump in” and start watching, try the Panasonic broadcast from Mount Fujiyama. (Direct link to U-Stream Channel – LIVE )
Here is another website broadcast, Slooh SpaceCamera that is currently LIVE. (Use the arrows to flick between different camera sources.)
For a list of live broadcasts, check out Sky&Telescopes webpage .
